After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are correct immediately. If there are any problems, please contact customer service within 3 days.

Please do not send the product back on your own before receiving a reply from QIAN ZHU. Thank you for your cooperation!

Can apply for return and exchange conditions

1. Defective Goods

. The color of the product image may have slight color deviation due to different computer and mobile phone monitors, which is not a defect.

. Please read the shopping instructions carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns due to reasons such as purchasing the wrong style, color, or not meeting personal expectations.

2. Wrong product

If the product you received does not match your order, please contact customer service immediately.

【Notes】

Due to the special nature of the products and personal hygiene factors, the following categories of products will not be accepted for return or exchange if there are no defects or wrong delivery after unpacking:
1. Food items such as tableware, straws, cosmetics and skin care products, and wearable items such as hats, socks, hair accessories, and jewelry.
2. Pre-order and special sale items.

Return and Exchange Process

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact customer service within 3 days and QIAN ZHU will pay for the round-trip shipping.

After the application is confirmed for return and exchange:

1. To protect the rights of both parties, please be sure to keep the integrity of the product. The complete packaging (including outer box, packaging materials, accessories, labels, gifts, etc.) must be sent back together with the product.

2. We will ask our logistics specialist to take back the goods. If the customer fails to deliver the goods within the agreed time, the goods will be deemed to be retained.

After QIAN ZHU receives the returned goods, it will re-deliver the goods to the customer's designated location or make a refund.
